Psyche had seen this sort of behavior before and she knew the best thing to do was not to touch them until they said it was okay. So she made sure not to touch him.
She watched him closely and as soon as she knew he was looking at her smiled warmly. "I'm really, really sorry. If I knew it was you I wouldn't have acted like that."
