Minos' fingers traced the lip of his glass around and around as she mentioned she was lonely. Minos had plenty of companions, per se, but none of them were his wife. He had never felt about any of them the way he felt about Pasiphae. And whether that was due to belief or how he really felt deep down was just semantics.
