Liam was busy eating an entire box of two dozen doughnuts on the floor of his house when he heard the door open. He expected it to be Will or Alastair at first, but the person felt like an immortal and not one of his mortal pets.
"If you're the saint I am not doing anything illegal!" he yelled, pushing the diamond necklace he had stolen that afternoon under his sofa.
