Zoe took in a shaky breath when he moved his attention to her neck but she wasn't so far gone she didn't notice the changes. She looked at him and came close to panicking, "Chance?" putting an arm around him and using her other hand to touch his cheek. He looked like he was going to drop dead. Why did this keep happening..?

She tried to move out from under him and said in a rush of words, "Tell me what's wrong." she didn't know what to do but she knew this was not normal and she couldn't even begin to fix it unless he told her how.
