Patroclus had never really been into Christmas before Helen, but now it was their second together and it gave him a chance to spoil her. He had woken before her and made a huge breakfast, complete with everything anyone could want.
When it was finished, he piled all the food onto a tray and brought it back into the bedroom, setting it on the nightstand for a moment so he could wake her up. "Helen," he said sweetly, leaning in to kiss her. "Wake up, beautiful. It's Christmas."
