Zoe gave him a look, "No! Not even one. Kansas was.. we were trying to figure things out and now we have and we're friends. And we're not going to be like friends like we were before." and he knew what she meant, no kisses, no cuddles, no sleepovers.

She sighed as she looked at his eager face, still holding him off. She knew to him it didn't mean anything but 'meaningless' kisses were what caused her to end up in a mess of feels. She just couldn't kiss him without it meaning something to her. "Maybe we should just be friends over the phone..."
