Who: George, Patrick, Wrath
Where: George and Patrick's apartment.
When: Thursday
What: Envy has been quietly messing with George, and he finally snaps.

It had built, like a pressure in the back of his mind. A growing dissatisfaction with things, even if that dissatisfaction didn't make sense. What did he care if his coworkers had nicer cars? Hadn't he deliberately kept his old piece of crap out of sentimental value? Was he actually angry because David had two adorable kids and George had none? And he was pretty sure it made zero sense that he was upset because Patrick could have a normal relationship with Clio, whereas Wrath had punched him once for taking a handful of popcorn.

Something was wrong. He just didn't want to admit it.

Wrath was over, watching TV with Patrick. George looked at them over the kitchen counter, his eyes narrowed. The two of them were certain getting close.
