Patrick nodded weakly. He just wanted to get the taste of vomit out of his mouth. He felt ridiculous and dramatic for needing an ambulance, but he couldn't deny the fact that he was ill. Something was happening and it wasn't good.

"I'm sorry," Patrick whispered to his brother, despite the fact that it wasn't his fault.
