Victor hadn't even thought about that. He had meant he couldn't work with Michael any more. Immediately he hugged her close. "No. Kat, no, I didn't meant that. I'm sorry." When he pulled back he said, "my mother took her own life too and I was the one to find her. I would never put someone else in that position. I'm so sorry I scared you."
