What: Two former Queens meet for the first time
When: Monday afternoon
Where: Cafe
Eleanor, along with most of the rest of the world, it seemed, didn't care for Mondays. It was on Mondays, more than any other day, that she tended to linger a bit longer over her lunch than she normally would. She never left her office before 8 anyway, and having at least one full meal on board tended to help her think better well into the afternoon and early evening.
She tended to favor a small cafe within walking distance of her office, they made wonderful fresh sandwiches at good prices. She got one of them, along with a large coffee, and settled into a table by the window. She settled into her chair and tucked into her sandwich, taking the time to enjoy it. This was really her only time to herself all day.
She was about halfway through her meal, when she felt another presence enter the cafe. She sat up and glanced around the restaurant, wondering who it could possibly be. No one she knew, but that only piqued her curiosity.
