WHO: Patrick, Hermes, Hecate and the Antichrist
WHAT: Putting the Antichrist IN A BOX AKA MY FAVOURITE THING EVER TO HAVE HAPPENED
WHEN: Backdated to Saturday
WHERE: Some abandoned building Hermes owns
WARNINGS: Language, TBD
Patrick was a little worried about acting as bait, but the idea of not having to worry about the Antichrist for a while was worth the fear. He dropped enough hints that he was sure the minions who were watching him would let Joshua know where he was going, and he wasn't wrong.
He entered the building, pretending he was meeting a client who was down on their luck there. Within seconds Joshua had entered as well, just as smarmily as he always did. "Ah, Saint Patrick," he said with a wicked grin. "Big mistake coming out on your own."
Patrick raised his eyebrows at that. He wasn't alone, but he didn't know exactly where Hermes and Hecate were. He knew they needed Joshua's blood and then there were going to do a spell, but he wasn't entirely sure what to do until they showed up. "What do you want?" Patrick hissed, trying to look like he was terrified.
"Just you," Joshua purred. "I just want to play a little."

She motioned Hermes to come up behind the thing, as she stepped forward. The baying of dogs was close by and she studied this thing with interest. "Funny. So do I." She grinned unpleasantly and tilted her head. She could call her torches in an instant and her magic was close at hand, but mainly she was giving Hermes a chance to get behind it. And she trusted her husband.
"Funny. You lot never do see the obvious." She slid her gaze to the Saint and smiled.

Date: 2012-12-03 10:27 pm (UTC)Then she started to chant. It was the language of the dead and the language of magic all together. The dogs sounded closer and serpents weaved through her hair.
To her it felt like forever, but after a few moments a key appeared in her hands. Blinking she stumbled andwent to her knees. She had some power, but it always took a lot to do these things. Now she felt dizzy, but not as bad as she'd felt when she'd made Zeus into stone. Breathing hard she looked to Hermes. "Box. Please." She'd need the rest for the other enchantments.

Hermes was quick in retrieving the box because the sooner they locked this dickweed in there, the sooner he could make sure his wife was okay.
"What are you doing?!" Joshua moaned.

"If one of you put him in the box, I'll lock him in. Love," she looked at Hermes, "I need you to put your sigils on the windows and doors. Point them inwards if you can. Use your blood. I'll seal it up when I'm done."
She took a breath and sat down, "Saint, you get the key when I'm done. Try not to lose it. And you

OOC: Aftermath thread with Patrick and Clio? Y/N?
Date: 2012-12-03 11:18 pm (UTC)"Er..." Patrick looked around, slightly unnerved by everything he had seen. "Is she okay?"
"She will be," Hermes assured the Saint. He took the key and handed it over to Patrick. "Don't lose that."
"Heh. No, I- No. I won't. Are you sure she's okay?"
"Stop fussing, Saint," Hermes said sternly. He would get her home where she could rest.
OOC: ALWAYS yes
Date: 2012-12-03 11:25 pm (UTC)A few ghosts slid around, undetectable to most, and went and stood at specific spots. Insurance, just in case it was needed. She'd know if her wards and sigils ended up getting broken. The dead always saw everything.
