Who: Ligea, Galatea
What: wine!
When:Tuesday evening, after this conversation
Where: Galatea's apartment, Greenwich Village
There had been enough time between Pygmalion's departure and Lirit's arrival that Galatea was able to pull herself together a bit. She tidied up some things, but decided that her head still wasn't clear enough to warrant changing out of the bulky sweater and leggings.
Two visitors in a day was a record. She almost never let people into her space, preferring to keep her life as Wendy outside and her inner image of 'Galatea' confined to this small apartment. It was a special place for her, small but comfortable and typically overly organized.
While not exactly a friendly person, she held a level of respect for Lirit that she did not have for most people. They worked together on a number of occasions and conversed on a somewhat regular basis, but Wendy never really divulged any personal information. Now it was coming out of her like water from a faucet, and she was worried something might accidentally spill out.
She twisted her hair into a top knot, put her game face on, and greeted Lirit at the door after she'd buzzed her in. "Hey. I can't thank you enough for this."

Date: 2013-04-19 01:32 am (UTC)She made her way into the small kitchen, digging around in a drawer for her wine key and opening the cabinets to find her wine glasses. She thought they'd been closest to the sink, but apparently they'd been moved recently. Or she'd forgotten where they were. At this point, either was believable.
