Knowing that Victor needed a hand was hardly a problem. She could only imagine what he'd been through, so she'd stayed with him. That and she worried for him. But Aoife had said she'd drop by, and it would be nice to see her cousin. Especially now she was worried about her grandfather too. She'd decided not to share it with her sisters or mother until he did, because she didn't want them to worry either.

She was idly poking at some cereal when she heard the bell, and opened the door. She smiled to Aoife and tugged Ace back. "Hey you. Come on in. Thanks for stopping by."

"Pfft, this is what I am awesome at," she said, stealing a seat and tucking in herself. "Oh fuck I'm good!"

Victor laughed and he nodded, "you rather are."

"Now for focusing on good things. Have you even thought about names? What about Faloolah!? Oh oh! Caoilfhionn! I mean, it's pronounced 'keelin' but you should see how it's spelled. No teacher would ever know how to say it. Ah, Irish names."

"Yes, you very much are. We should keep her," she offered to Victor. "I'm sure Ace won't mind."

She chuckled and shook her head, "poor teachers but yes we have. We're going to name the baby after Victor's folks so we'll have a name once tiny alien decides on a gender. Well genetics do anyway But thank you for the suggestions."

Aoife snickered at the idea. "I'll just live in the pantry."

"Awww, that's awesome! I like the idea of venerating parents. And to be fair, my suggestions weren't real suggestions," she said with a wink. "I was going to go on to Syder or Spruce. Willhimain!"

Victor raised his eyebrows at her. "Are you just making these up?"

"I am," she admitted.

"Would we have a pantry left?" She offered with a smirk. "See I figured it was something like that but I didn't want to sound silly."

"Probably not, I'd fill it with like...Moroccan spices and stuff. God I love Moroccan. Then Victor and I could fight over the kitchen."

"It would be a vicious battle. With whisks," he said with a nod.

She chuckled, "I see no bad side to this, considering I would devour the delicious results." Smiling she finished her lunch and rose to set the plate away

Aoife and Victor finished theirs off as well, and then went to shove the plates into the dishwasher. "Well if you want me to cook you dinner tomorrow too I can do that. Give you two more time to rest?"

Shrugging she looked to Victor. For her it was up to him. "Doesn't bother me if Vic doesn't mind. I'm sure relaxing can be a good thing."

"You don't have to, but- I have to admit being near the stove when it's on hurts." He had the air conditioner pumped up as well because the heat outside made his burned skin throb.

"Then of course I'll do it, don't be stupid. I love you guys, I'd do anything to help you out." She beamed at both of them. "Want some dessert?"

She shook her head, "no thanks. I can help with some of it but some stuff makes me nauseous. Haven't quite figured out if it's psychosomatic or tiny alien related. And thank you Aoife. I appreciate it a lot."

"Fair enough," she said with a smile. "Tiny aliens stop acting up after awhile, right?" she asked. Being pregnant sounded horrible.

She nodded, "Around 12 weeks it should ease up a little. Then I just got to wait until 20 weeks before we can hear a heartbeat. That's going to be pretty epic. Also advance apologies if I get moody."

"Oh whatever," she said, waving her hands around. "I won't mind. I live with Aphrodite."

"I know, still. I feel like I ought to apologize. I've just been reading up on what may all occur and I don't want to snap at people too much." She shrugged, "I'm weird."

"I think you're wonderful," she informed her cousin. And it was true, she really did.

She smiled and went to hug Aoife, "aw, thank you. That's really sweet of you."
