Just because turning into Lena wouldn't have the desired effect on Maddy, it didn't mean that Dantalion couldn't go and fuck with the other woman. Maddy and Lena had a common link: Thomas. He'd gleaned from Maddy's brain that Lena had basically moved in to help take care of Thomas, and after a pretty short amount of time, too. And that had some decent opportunities for exploiting.

He slipped back into the default blonde girl-skin, heading over to Thomas' apartment. It was a matter of playing the waiting game now, and even if it did chafe him, he could do patient. Maddy didn't have any information about the schedule any of them kept, so he'd gotten a huge coffee and found a bench across the street. He'd wait all day, if he had to.

While she was perfectly willing to stay and help, Lena did like to go home every other day or so, to see her flatmates. She also liked to get new clothes and a few of her other things. So, with her duffel bag slung over her shoulder, she headed for her own apartment with no idea she was being watched.

She let herself in and headed up to find Florian in the living room. "Hey there!" he said cheerfully. "Long time no see!"

"I know, shut up," Lena laughed. She tossed her bag on the sofa and collapsed onto the cushion beside it. "I think I'll take a nap before heading back too. I'm so tired."

"You're pretty wonderful looking out for him like this," Florian moved to kiss Lena's hair. She knew he really liked Thomas, which helped.

"I know, I'm pretty damn awesome. And hey, I have time until Lugosi's re-opens so I might as well."

"I'll get you tea," Florian said, heading to fetch her a drink. She smiled and let herself relax for a moment. She felt it was well-earned.
