Who: Prometheus and Thalia
What: Guess what?
When: Tuesday
Where: Thalia's place
Warnings: TBD
No matter how long he would live, he never quite enjoyed hearing 'we need to talk'. It almost always had bad news attached to it, and he wasn't much a fan of that. He hoped it wouldn't be Thalia saying she no longer wanted to see him. He rather enjoyed her company. So he'd picked up some flowers, just in case, because if that was the case he wanted to show there were no hard feelings.
He smiled when she opened the door and offered them. "For you. I hope everything is alright?"

"OK, if you'd like to, it's next Thursday at 2," she told him. "Nothing terribly exciting, I'm probably going to get sent home with a bunch of things to read about...vitamins and exercise and eating a healthy diet."
no subject
"Well I can't do that for you but I'll take some things home as well and start looking for a bigger place."

She laughed. "You could always take the prenatal vitamins in sympathy, but...maybe not. Some of what they're going to tell me, I probably already know. But medicine has really advanced since the last time I raised kids."

He chuckled, "I don't know how that will work out. And yes, last time I only knew I had a son on the way, then well," shrugging he decided not to go into that. The news was to nice to bring drama into it. "So I'll be happy to learn about it all and know what I can do and what I can all help with."

She nodded, squeezing his had. "This time around, you'll probably get so many updates you'll eventually have to tell me to button it." She laughed. "I tend to bubble over like a pot. I usually can't help it, but right now, I don't care."
She giggled as a thought struck her. "You can help by reminding me that babies grow super fast, and no, Thalia, do not buy all the tiny outfits, since you don't even know the gender."
no subject
"Well, I can't be much help as I'm sure I'll be doing much of the same. My excuse is as I don't know the gender, there's never any harm in buying two of everything. Just in case."

"We can find that out around...16 weeks, I think, at the earliest. So not for a while yet. And I can't help but agree, but I could be biased because I think everything's cute."
