No matter how long he would live, he never quite enjoyed hearing 'we need to talk'. It almost always had bad news attached to it, and he wasn't much a fan of that. He hoped it wouldn't be Thalia saying she no longer wanted to see him. He rather enjoyed her company. So he'd picked up some flowers, just in case, because if that was the case he wanted to show there were no hard feelings.

He smiled when she opened the door and offered them. "For you. I hope everything is alright?"

"It has been a while, but thank you." He liked to think he was a good father figure whenever Aletheia was around. He always endeavored to understand and support her as best he could. He was sure that was a good start.
