WHO: Ariadne and Minos
WHAT: Reunions
WHEN: Friday afternoon
WHERE: Minos' place

Minos was looking forward to seeing his daughter again, but he had to admit to feeling a little nervous. He didn't hold anything against her, but he hadn't seen her since Crete and he didn't know how much she had changed. He didn't know if she would still be his little girl.

He was getting things ready for his wife to move back in, but he took a break for long enough to make some tea and get out some cookies around the time Ariadne had mentioned she would come by. He hoped it went okay. He wanted his family back together.

She nodded, "he is the wandering god. But he loves me though. Despite his flaws, despite his madness, he does love me." And this she knew because she was the only one who saw his weaknesses and the only one he came home to. "And that's enough for me. It doesn't matter he wanders Father." She smiled softly, "he comes home to me."

Smiling, she nodded. "I am Father. Truly." She had desires and wishes like any other, but she was happy. "I run a bar that has not been in the red once and I have friends around me. I wish I could see my sons again, but they are at peace."

She smiled to that. "I am glad father." Daring she set her hand on his. It was strange to feel him so alive, so close to her. She felt blessed for that alone. "How have you been though? Save for having found me and my mother. What occupies your time?"

She kept her hand on his, glad to know she wasn't dreaming. He was here, and had forgiven her. It seemed all that mattered. "I am happy to know that father." She had never had much of a purpose, only raised to carry through her father's blood.

Her smile brightened then, "I am so glad to know that. You two have found one another again. It's good." She wasn't sure what else to say, considering she didn't want to get into how they'd get reacquainted.

"Fate is odd that way," yet she was pleased it had worked for her parents. "And I have heard of such a thing. I keep wanting to go, but then I get busy. You should come to Naxos sometime Father. It has mortals, but it's a nice place. I can introduce you to Kyle." She smiled at the mention of her de facto adoptee, even if Kyle didn't know she'd taken him as such.

"He's a mortal boy, and works for my husband. He's very sweet."

"Good," she was glad to have more of her parents in her life. She didn't think they would ever appreciate Dionysus, but she hoped they would learn to accept him. She didn't want to feel split between loyalties.
