Who: Kat, Aoife, and Victor
What: Devils man :|
Where: Victor and Kat's Place
When: Sunday
Warnings: Talk about burns and Lucifer, TBD
Knowing that Victor needed a hand was hardly a problem. She could only imagine what he'd been through, so she'd stayed with him. That and she worried for him. But Aoife had said she'd drop by, and it would be nice to see her cousin. Especially now she was worried about her grandfather too. She'd decided not to share it with her sisters or mother until he did, because she didn't want them to worry either.
She was idly poking at some cereal when she heard the bell, and opened the door. She smiled to Aoife and tugged Ace back. "Hey you. Come on in. Thanks for stopping by."

"And since Vic's injured, I can make you both something to eat." Aoife was an amazing cook and she loved to feed people.

Victor had been lying in bed, racked with memories of nightmares which all seemed to end in him burning to death. He was glad to be home though and he gave Kat a wavery smile. He felt so guilty for getting her grandfather involved in all of this. He hadn't meant to. "Of course I'd like to see her."
He dragged himself out of bed, wincing as his burned skin protested the movement. Before he headed out of the bedroom though, he went to kiss Kat's hair. "Love you."

Victor lowered his face into her hair and he rested there for a moment, letting Aoife's calming aura surround him. Then he backed away and raised his eyebrows. "What are you up to?"
"I'm making you some food, don't you dare argue with me or I'll get shrill!" Aoife cautioned and Victor chuckled.
"I wouldn't dare."
"Go sit, you were just in hospital you ridiculous man. You want herbal tea too? Any kind you want in particular, Kat?"

"You've been here all of ten minutes."
Aoife beamed at both of them. "I know, right!? But I'm helpful and awesome so be thankful. We're going to stay calm because it's better for babies!"

Victor chuckled, "calming is definitely what I need. Never thought I would be face to face with Lucifer before. Twice."
"That is pretty fucked up. Not fun like flinging yourself off a cliff." Aoife went back to cook up the chicken. "I met this girl named Adelaide the other day and she does all these extreme sports and now I want to go hang-gliding. Though it could be because she's really damn hot."

She grinned at Aoife's comment, "trying to impress someone by trying to fly. That's definitely something. So besides being really hot and liking extreme sports is she nice?"

"She is so nice. And she knew my mother was Aphrodite because we kinda met through her because she's one of those Upper East Side rich families. Like totally Gossip Girl. Anyway, turns out she's Europa's daughter. We're seriously everywhere. And oh goodddddd she looks good in these scoop neck gowns she gets around in when not flinging herself off mountains."

"I would think so," Victor agreed. "So are things looking good with this daredevil girl?"
"Oh she's probably straight, but I am content to watch from afar. Or from behind while hang gliding."
To that, Victor laughed so loudly it echoed off the walls.

Victor laughed and he nodded, "you rather are."
"Now for focusing on good things. Have you even thought about names? What about Faloolah!? Oh oh! Caoilfhionn! I mean, it's pronounced 'keelin' but you should see how it's spelled. No teacher would ever know how to say it. Ah, Irish names."

She chuckled and shook her head, "poor teachers but yes we have. We're going to name the baby after Victor's folks so we'll have a name once tiny alien decides on a gender. Well genetics do anyway But thank you for the suggestions."
no subject
"Awww, that's awesome! I like the idea of venerating parents. And to be fair, my suggestions weren't real suggestions," she said with a wink. "I was going to go on to Syder or Spruce. Willhimain!"
Victor raised his eyebrows at her. "Are you just making these up?"
"I am," she admitted.

"It would be a vicious battle. With whisks," he said with a nod.

"Then of course I'll do it, don't be stupid. I love you guys, I'd do anything to help you out." She beamed at both of them. "Want some dessert?"
